- No Returns: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) in your email to expedite the process.
- Incorrect Address: Salt Lake Scents is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy.
