  1. No Returns: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) in your email to expedite the process.
  3. Incorrect Address: Salt Lake Scents is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy.
